Hello All, I'm looking for any recommendation on some reputable home inspectors in the greater San Diego area. If you have any trusted people in mind or are an inspector yourself I would like to get in touch. Hopefully I'll be needing their service here within the following week. -Pat

Hey @Patrick Senas

What kind of property do you need an inspector for?

John Robinson's Inspection group is my go-to for SFRs.  They are a big company, super thorough and their prices are competitive for one unit - but their pricing on 2+ unit inspections is ridiculous.

For 2+ units, Bravo Home Inspections  is typically my first call.  I'm not sure if you'll be able to find their number as easily on Google, so feel free to reach out if you need it.

Regardless of who you call, let them know I referred you and I'm sure they will take great care of you.
