Need Agent in College Area (El Cerrito neighborhood) for SFH Sale

I am considering selling a SFH investment property in the El Cerrito neighborhood in the College Area. I have tenants in the home right now and do not want to spook them until I have the pricing right and some interested parties. When we sell, I will exchange into a multifamily property (possibly out of state). Any recommendations for realtors or self nominations are much appreciated.
