16 Acre Ranch Property Rainbow/Fallbrook looking to build spec

Hello everyone,

I have a 16 acre ranch style property in Rainbow near Fallbrook. The property is tucked away amongst flower farms and avocado groves. It's just vacant land now I am looking to build a spec house. I am looking for a partner if anyone is interested in discussing.
