Primary home purchase with delinquent tenant/s
Looking to purchase a primary and found what looks to be a fixer with delinquent tenant/s.
Seller stated buyer needs to work with the tenant and will only show the property after offer is accepted. Property is in 92064
Will consult with a local attorney but am looking to see if anyone in San Diego BP has gone through the same route.
Interested in opinions and ideas.
