Adding Parking - Hollywood

I have a rental property in Hollywood. I'm interested in adding parking by converting part of a backyard and potentially remodeling an existing parking structure. Does anyone have a referral to someone who could quickly advise on whether this is possible according to city codes?

Not enough info here to answer your question but I can certainly provide you two options for resources: 

1. Go to your local architect and inquire, he or she should be able to assist you.

2. Go direct to your local building and safety office (LADBS) and inquire with them.
