Newbie in Los Angeles looking to BRRRR

Hi All,

Been reading books like crazy and starting to analyze deals, and have already started putting in offers for our first property. I would be doing the minor repairs its would need to raise the ARV about 100k, then renting it out and moving on to the next property after a few years. What's nice is that there is a separate studio w/bath and kitchenette we want to Air Bnb while we are living there to offset the mortgage. The market out here is still so high, and properties are really hard to nail down, but hoping we get lucky.

Are there any SoCal investors that have any advice on how to find a lender that also funds the rehab for a newcomer using the BRRRR strategy in LA/ San Bernadino Counties?

any help is very appreciated

Cheers

Billy
