Commercial Real Estate Intern Opportunity in Los Angeles

Hello BP! I am looking to gain some field experience in commercial real estate. I have my real estate license, but have not done any deals. 

I have been sending out direct mail to absentee property owners for the past year or so and built a small database of potential leads. 

Any seasoned commercial brokers out there in the Los Angeles area that can help???
