Los Angeles Property Owner Information

I am looking to get property owner information in Los Angeles County for FREE. I checked the county tax office https://www.propertytax.lacounty.gov and clerk https://www.lavote.net/ websites and couldn't find the info there. I haven't gone down to the offices in person but from what I saw on the website it seems like they charge a fee for copies of in person requests. Maybe they would let me take a picture with my cellphone but I haven't tried that yet.

I did try to pay $49.99/year to https://reiautomation.io, but that is a scam. I've learned of a few other options: http://www.searchq.com looked promising but it didn't load. https://www.corelogic.com seems to be $3 per report with the possibility of a $2 discount using promo code 20FFREPORT. https://parcelviewer.mapport.com/ seems to provide a 24 hour unlimited pass for $10. https://www.propertyshark.com seems to be $4.95 per report. Is there any website that provides the property owner info in Los Angeles County for FREE?

I am driving for dollars and when I come home with a list of distressed properties I would like to get the owner info easily and FREE so that I can attempt to locate the owner's phone number/address and cold call/direct mail. I appreciate any help. Thank you.
