West Hollywood Contractor Recommendations

Hi there, I would love any and all recommendations on a good contractor for a two bedroom two bath flip in West Hollywood. Standard stuff here, bathrooms and kitchen, overhead lights, maybe move one wall or two? Flooring and ceilings.

We are literally right across from City Hall so need everything to be by the book. Looking to hire within the next two weeks.
