Rebates or Grants for remodeling house in Los Angeles

Hi Biggerpocket Team!

I am going to start a significant remodel of my house in Santa Monica and wanted to maximize all possible rebates, grants or energy rebates that are available for new roofs, windows, appliances, insulation, landscaping..ect.

I have a basic list (local municipality and appliance rebates) but didn't know if there was anything that I was missing or didn't know about...possibly other agencies?

Any and all advice is much appreciated.

Thank you,

Ronnie

Ronnie S. Call your local housing dept, call a HERO contractor, and call your building and safety. What it really is they make you buy a more efficient equipment and the cover the cost between basic to upgrade. Not that it will cover all of your basic construction costs. Just saying.
