Investor friendly agents, any recommendations?

Hi everyone - I recently located from Burbank to OC, however I'm looking to get my feet wet in investment properties primarily in the areas North East of Hollywood (Burbank, North Hollywood, etc.). I'm primarily looking for single family fix & flips. Can anyone recommend a good investor friendly agent in the area? Any guidance and/or wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
