Close To Closing First Wholesale Deal

I have a property that will go under contract tomorrow as is. My concern is the EMD. She's asking for $7,500 and I don't have that right now. It's worth $200,000 but I got it for 35k under the retail. The house seems like it's it's in good shape with only cosmetic work needed like flooring, installation of appliances, closet doors, and a big clean up. What should I do about EMD?
