Inherited a SFR in Northridge, CA
I recently inherited a SFR in Northridge, Ca. The home is completely paid off. The property is a little over 2,000 square feet and is a 4bd 2ba. What can I expect for rent in that area? Does that area rent well? Thanks!

If you are close to CSUN you could also possibly rent it for more as a student rental. Possibly more intensive management, but maybe higher total rents as pricing would be more or less rent per room. Another option to think about and research ...
