Can someone recommend a Debt Collector or Lawyer to sell Judgemen

Hi I have several old judgements and some newer ones from past evictions.  Does anyone recommend a debt collector I could hire or someone who will buy the judgements at a reasonable fee?I've seen some 60- 40 splits but I'd like to get a recommendation from someone on here who has actually been able to collect.

I've heard some collection agencies/ lawyers just passively put the judgement on the credit and don't actually seek out to garnish wages or aggressively collect from dead beats
