Are you a wholesaler friendly agent in Los Angeles?

Hi BP, I am in search of great real estate agents who are both interested and willing to work with wholesalers. We are currently interested in particular neighborhoods in Los Angeles and need help finding more properties.

*Our criteria: SFR & 2-4Plex properties (3+ bedrooms, 2+bathrooms) under $750k

*We will provide POF for all offers and put down earnest income if necessary!

Agents must be willing to submit 25+ offers a month and have a positive mind. My husband and I are both very serious about wholesaling and will assure you we will not waste your time!

I look forward to your responses! Please direct message me if you are interested so we can get together and meet! Happy 2016 & Investing!
