SFR Numbers for Pulaski County, AR - June 28 - July 4

June 28 - July 4 was an excellent week for SFR sales in Pulaski County. For the first time since the pandemic restrictions, 2020 sales volume exceeded corresponding 2019 sales, up 19% over 2019. We'll probably continue to close the gap, but this week was likely an outlier in that we didn't get the usual drop in sales over the July 4th weekend. Last week, homes sold at a median of 99.6% of list price in 14.5 days, and inventory once again dropped below a one month supply to 0.8 months.
