Investment suggestions for Shannon Hills

Hi

I am working with a TK provider and they have a SFR in Shannon Hills which I like. However, this is my first rental investment with TK and I am out of state.

Any suggestions on how is the area for rental property investment? What is driving the economy there, etc? 

Greatly appreciate your input.
