Parking spots rented to non tenants

I closed on a multi family property in January. This property has a 7 car parking spot which are fully rented out by non tenants (as no tenant seemed interested to rent prior to). I just want to clarify that this is all legal as it is my private property. A tenant has now been inquiring for a parking spot. Their lease has ended and we’re doing a month to month lease. I’m still working on getting her a spot none the less. But I just want to verify that this is ok legally and non legal renting to other people than my tenants. Because they weren’t interested in a spot until it was all filled.
