Anyway to utilize credit cards for real estate purchases?

Ive talked to a "guru" salesperson after filling out something on one of their squeeze pages a while back. When talking with him he said theres ways to purchase realty using credit cards and balance transfers. Im not paying $3000 for their course, I wonder though if anyone here knows the method or any other that can be used with credit cards. Iwas looking at a review of a different seminar/course and in the comments someone said they also teach how to purchase using credit cards, I think there was a article here or on REIclub where the author said he used credit card cash advances.

So does anyone know methods to use credit cards for real estate?

I'm using "balance transfer" cards for flips. I recently got 3 cards with limits of 10,000 each at 0% on balance transfers (plus a 3% upfront fee). That's real cheap money. You can't go to the title company and give them a credit card, but you can transfer money off a line of credit, and then write a check against that line of credit where you just recently freed up money.
