I’m in the early stages of exploring investing strategies. Rooming housing seems like a practical way to generate cash flow to grow a portfolio quickly. I know house prices vary per area or for other reasons, but generally curious as to what range (roughly) such a property sells for? I’m just looking for practical alternatives to get started in real estate
