Going to be inheriting a rehab project right across the street from an elementary school in a growing city in Texas. The lot is .55 acres and can be subdivided. Is this the obvious next move after finishing the rehab? Any advice, lessons learned, mistakes made would be greatly appreciated for this newbie.
