Trying to find: BP Podcast Episode on renting by the room?

Hey everyone, I've listened to so many of the BP episodes in the last year that I am having trouble finding one I want to revisit.  The guest focused on new builds that he (perhaps along with his wife?) customized to accommodate  renting by the room.  I think they were based in Seattle or Portland or something?  I've searched around but am having trouble finding it again.  If this pings anyone's memory, I'd appreciate a tip in the right direction.
