Building your own rentals?
Hello all, looking for input on whether it is feasible to build your own rental units. I am currently a contractor in my city and looking to get into homebuilding as there is a great need for housing currently. I figure the best way to break into it is to just build a twin home myself to learn the ropes, then keep it as a build n' hold rental. My wife is a realtor so between the 2 of us, we figure we can keep our costs low. Any input would be much appreciated!
