Options for Selling in a Pandemic

After 3 years of being real estate investors we are wanting to focus our attention on our other business.

Our only property is tenant occupied and we are wanting to sell ASAP. Like months ago.

But our PM keeps telling us it’s difficult sell with a less than great tenant in place.

My question is what are out options to getting this place off our hands ASAP?

Hi @Mallory Guerrero, that is a tough spot.  Your PM is right, it is difficult to sell a property with a tenant, let alone one that is not great.  I think you should focus on selling to investors rather than on the retail market.  Besides that, the lower the price, the faster it will go.
