Can you refinance a house you buy in cash?

Hello, I am considering buying a SF house off market for cash (around 20k).

I believe the house is worth at least $30k.

Could you turn around and refinance the house to get the equity out and repeat the process? Thanks in advance BP!

In general yes, but for this specific house you might have trouble because the price point is so low and many lenders won't work with properties that cheap.
