Hi Bigger Pocketeers,

When puting together a subject to. Whats the process to flipping the house if It have equity in it and it need repairs. Will I have the rights to do that with the existing lone being in the selles name? Will I be able to get the financing for it to fix it then sell it? What approch do I take? All knowledge and responses Is appreciated. Thank you in advance!!
