House Hacking in Ruskin

I’m looking into investing using the house hacking method. What I’ve come across was a 3/2 1482 sq ft home in Ruskin Fl built in 2013 for 215000 1480 a month no money down. My plan was to stay there for a year save and rent this house then purchase multi family which is what really want to invest in but it’s slim pickings in the Pinellas / Hillsborough county. My question is this a good investment or should I wait
