Qualifying for a home without the 2 year employment history?
So I am just graduating college and through school I have not had a steady job and at times I was either not working or doing side gigs. I’ve always planned on purchasing a rental property once finished with school, but I know not having steady employment for 2 years can get in the way of qualifying for a loan. I have the money. Have any of you gone through this or have any suggestions or strategies?
Thanks!!
