What is a good way for beginners to find cash buyers? I have tried agents but have gotten nowhere. Any solutions?

Before you move too fast @Joshua Roberts, his point I think, and mine as well is not that hard money lenders would fund your wholesale it's that they would fund the end buyer so you could reach out to them if you have a legitimate deal and see if they have borrowers who may be looking for a deal. I'd guess based on @Kyle Mccaw's post count alone he isn't a newbie and presents himself as someone who could close a deal that he brings to the deal. Make sure if you're going to go that route that you do the same. No hard money lender is going to take you by the hand and tell you which deals you present are or are not deals and they aren't going to introduce you to trusted borrowers if you don't have real deals to offer so make sure you have that part ironed up tight.
