Moving, then what about properties

Hi BP, I am currently living in Illinois but plan to move Arizona. I have two properties that are cash flowing quite well without PM. I am not sure what I should do with these properties if I move now. I sometimes visit my properties to take care of some minor issues here and there but that happens quite seldom. It is too much t give out 10% of rentals to PM for such minor issues that happens like once a year or two.

Because of too far distance, I am not comfortable to manage properties myself. I really don’t want to sell the properties.

Anybody any advice? I considered seller financing but I am not familiar with that concept...

Hi Andy,

I can help you understand how seller financing works, if you'd like. Just PM me. But I have an outstanding PM that you might want to call. They charge 10% of the rent and do a great job. That way, you don't have to sell. But if you're interested in selling, I might have buyers. Where are your houses located?
