Temp Housing To Secure School District

I have a pretty complicated personal residence situation through my divorce decree.  We're set for another hearing to resolve things in the coming month so hopefully this post will be OBE soon, but I am strategizing a bit.

What's the best way to move temporary housing on a legal lot to secure an address for schooling?  We'd ideally be looking to something like this while we build on the lot we are using to secure the school address and would live in our current residence until the house is completed.  There are some challenging timelines and it could be that the temporary housing would remain until the house is completed, which may be a month or two later than we'd want with COVID creating uncertainty.

Thoughts?
