Young, no debt, and looking to get ahead!

I just turned 23 years old and have no debt and incredibly low expenses (I’m renting right now for only $200). I am heavily saving/ investing in the market. My plan is to be married in 10 or 11 months and I am wanting to get ahead in life and want to do it through cash-flowing properties. My thought right now is to purchase a duplex near marriage and live in it for a year while house hacking. Then I will do that again 3 more times with single family properties so by the time I’m 28 I have 4 properties under my belt and I can start investing more rapidly without moving.

I would love any thoughts, suggestions, advice or anything! Thank you!
