Question About Podio

Hi,

I mainly buy and hold in the Birmingham, AL area. I've been doing it for a year and started realizing I'm buying these houses for too much. Making money, but spending too much. There's no reason I can't buy them deeper wholesaling. I'm using DealMachine and every time I create a new deal on DealMachine it auto-populates all of the seller information into my Seller Leads app in Podio. This is fantastic! BUT...

Obviously you must skip trace the lead in DealMachine to get the seller's phone number and email address. This information does not auto-populate bc my trigger in DealMachine is "New Lead". So I am trying to create a bot that updates the email address and phone number of the seller into my Seller Leads app on Podio from DealMachine every time I SkipTrace on DealMachine. PLEASE ADVISE. Automation is key and this snag is driving me up the wall. 

Hope you can follow, I can hardly follow myself sometimes!
