Is the cost associated with mobile homes worth it?

My 2nd rental is a double wide mobile home with 8 1/2 acres of land. I thought about buying more homes for this property but wonder if the cost of moving more mobile homes and septic is really worth the investment. In my area moving a double wide and septic is around 8K.

It might be worth more doing quad housing apartments. But that would certainly be an increased upfront cost. I’m stuck.
