what I have heard recently and also it has been mentioned in some of the BiggerPockets episodes is that real estate in areas near a lot of National Forest land tends to preform well in times of financial hardship such as recessions. I was wondering where one would site that information do national parks list there attendance by the year? Are there any BP episodes that y’all about this specifically?
