BP me and my wife have an investment property that we could potentially make 300 cash flow monthly after operating cost. We’re paying 2000 monthly in rent. My wife and I are tired of paying someone’s else’s mortgage but I want another investment property before buying a home for us to live in because I think it would our situation look better when purchasing our home and I think it’ll be easier to get the investment property before our home. She wants to buy our home first then get more investment properties. BP what’s your take on this?
