been in Montreal for about 4 months now, the system is all new to me but managed to get a basic understanding of how real estate works, is it possible to get CMHC financing 5% down even tho I’m a student with no long job history or steady income..? any innovative strategies always open for partnerships as well so let me know if you’re interested

@Zachary Gwin  Unlikely unless you have a large bank account.  You could get a parent or someone to co-sign the loan.  Otherwise you need some regular income to show that you can repay the loan.
