Help an 18 year young man get first property? Helpful Tips

I have a goal to get either my first duplex, triplex, or fourplex this year. My intention is to house hack so that I can build my foundation from there. I’ve been reading books and learning about real estate since I was 15 (I turn 18 next month). I have a plan, but I’d like to see other people’s viewing on what I should do along with tips along the way. Please help if you have the time.
