Seller financing contracts Maryland

Hello everyone, I am really interested in doing some sub 2 and wrap around deals in Maryland but having hard time finding someone who’s done this many times and willing to sell/share their contracts. I’ve talked to a few RE lawyers who is willing to draft contracts for me but I’d like to get it from someone who is very familiar with owner financing strategies because you are as good as your contracts. Any advices/suggestions would be very appreciated.
