Veterans using VA Loan for Quadplex

I'm looking for Veterans that have already bought quadplexes with the VA Home Loans.

I need to make a choice and I dont know enough information to make the best informed choice. I have over 50K cash that I could use as a downpayment on a new property or I could pay off my current VA and use it again for a Quadplex.

What would you do in my situation?
