Hello everyone.

Curious to know if any of you small multifamily investors would be interested in adding SFRs with ADUs to your portfolio? Would love to know your opinion on this as ADUs are becoming very popular here in CA.

Obviously, many people are averse to invest in CA, so please provide helpful and informative feedback on the topic of SFRs with ADUs and not about investing in California.
