Buy-and-hold vs. Lease Options
I am new to real estate investing and am eager to be financially free within the next 5 years if possible. Due to this understandably very short time frame, I'm curious what strategy people would recommend for me to get to a position where I can retire from my job and live off the investments.
I am currently narrowed down to long-term buy-and-hold through the BRRRR method, which seems to be a fairly fast track using the same capital. I am also intrigued by the Lease Option strategy.
Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide.
