Renting out to Section 8 tenants

Does anyone have any experience renting out to section 8 tenants? I know some people swear by it, some people won't go near it. experience with pros and cons please? thank you.

HVCP is a great program and like already mentioned, you are responsible for who you rent your house to.  Screening is super important regardless if you rent to a voucher holder or not.  Make sure you have a well defined and documented screening process ... and do NOT budge from it no matter what.  It’s well worth it to have a vacant home while you seek a great tenant than to rent it out to just anybody.
