Starting Out Investing With Little Money
I am trying to get started investing in single family homes and duplexes in Rhode Island, but I’m struggling to figure out where a good place to start would be. Should I buy a property that needs a lot of repair but is in a good neighborhood and it could get re-evaluated to a high price after repairs? Or should I focus on a property that might cost more but need less in repairs? I want to get my first property under my belt so I can get the ball rolling, but I’m just uncertain where to start that would best set me up for success.

@Jonathan Iamarone if you're short on cash one of the easiest ways to get started is through house-hacking. Have you considered that strategy?
