Bought Duplex with Extra Lot

I recently purchased a Duplex that came with an extra lot adjacent to it. The previous owner used it as extra parking for the tenants as this is in the city so parking is convenient to have. I was wondering what would be some other good uses for this space. What have others done to create a strong value add or extra amenities that can be charged for. I have considered building another Duplex but that is not something I am prepared for just yet. Curious what great ideas are out there!
