Vacant Duplex in a neighborhood
Hello:
I need some guidance. I trust this community in providing me with some sound advice.
I know that there is a duplex in a well established affluent university neighborhood that is vacant. The city has signs on both doors and the signs seem to have been put up about 5 or more months ago. When taking a look at both doors I can tell everything has been torn down. It will definitely definitely need repairs. What should I do? I want so badly to get into the real estate industry but I have yet to dive in. My current day job is consistent and provides such a healthy environment for me mentally, physically and financially. I have yet to dabble into anything real estate. Should I try to wholesale the property or perhaps buy, repair and flip? Please provide some clarity and I will research and study, study and research and best of all ACT in a time efficient manner.
