How do I cash out refi a trailer park in LLC?
got a trail park owned in LLC. Wanting to tap part of a bunch of forced equity. Bank is willing. How can a person do that tax free and keep get the money vs putting the money in LLC? Is it possible or legal to pocket it? I know many mention it like Brandon T and Morris's. Meeting with cpa later this week but wanted to hear someone's experience before i ask her.
