Low investor area too many deals
I'm new to wholesaling, but it seems in my area there aren't a lot of investors. The product is plentiful and contracts are easy to get, it's just finding investors in the area. I'm in vidalia ga . How would I go about finding long distance investors? The rental market is strong with not enough supply. I'm finding deals for 12-18k that may need 12-30k in rehab. Would rent for 600+. Would I be able to gain traction with pro status and have access to the marketplace?

Hi @John Corum and welcome to BiggerPockets!
Yes, the only way to determine if the deals you're finding are truly of interest to real investors is to bring them to market. The Marketplace here is a great start, and you can get access with just Plus membership, which is half the cost of Pro. Another approach is to JV with wholesalers with a solid investor list and let them market your deals for mutual benefit.
