Investor Presentation: Exclusive or Open Invite?

Hello, currently my partners and I are working on a couple multi-unit deals, a fix-n-flip, and a mixed-use commercial property. We're planning on hosting multiple investor webinars on each deal so everyone receives the same information, including the answers provided from a live Q&A Session.

If you've ever hosted a webinar/presentation for a group of investors, do you think that the prezo should be exclusive to only those who are accredited or keep the prezo open invite to anyone, (including those that are just curious)?
