Affordable Dwelling Units for Cashflow
California has allowed for adding Affordable Dwelling Units (Granny Flats, Mother-in-law, guest house) to be placed on property of Single Family Homes. Does anyone have experience adding a ADU to a property as a rental for generating cashflow as well as increasing equity? Pros vs Cons? Affordability?
